Dr. Christopher Norman – Cosmetic & General Dentist
Dr. Norman is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his Bachelors in Biology. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Dr. Norman furthered his education by attending the New York University College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
After dental school he completed 5 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army with assignments at Ft. Benning, GA and Fort Carson, CO. Dr. Norman was deployed to Afghanistan in 2014 where he received the Bronze Star Medal for his exceptionally meritorious service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom XIV.
As a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Metro Denver Dental Society, Dr. Norman stays up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in comprehensive dental care. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, and the all-around amazing experiences, landscape and people that Colorado has to offer.
Dr. Sam Faranesh – Orthodontist
Dr. Faranesh moved to Colorado after spending the first 27 years of his life in Nevada. He completed his Orthodontic training at the University of Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, either through the gym or the great outdoors. He enjoys skiing alongside his family and friends any chance he gets. As his patient, you can expect to be treated as family, with only the highest quality of care. He works with patients of all ages to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile you will be proud to show off.
Dr. Jeremy Lowy – Periodontist
Dr. Lowy attended University of Louisville for both his, undergraduate Bachelors of science degree, general dentistry school Doctoral training and 3-year specialty residency in surgical periodontics and dental implant training. During his general dental school studies, he graduated within the top 15 in his class of 120 dentists. In his residency, he also earned a Master’s degree in the Clinical Science of Dentistry. He takes upmost pride in learning the latest minimally invasive techniques, and keeping current with literature in periodontics, dental implants, and prosthetics. His research during his residency focused on ways to minimize bone loss utilizing certain prosthetic components with dental implants and it allowed him to become an expert in the matter of “platform-switching”. He plans to publish his results in December when the study is completed by his successor. He is new to Colorado and is very excited about attempting to improve his skiing ability. Dr. Lowy is well on his way to becoming a Board-Certified Diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology (the highest echelon and honor Periodontist can achieve).
Throughout his educational career, Dr. Lowy was actively involved in numerous student, professional, charitable, and leadership organizations including the Honor Society, Student Council, AmeriCorps, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kentuckiana. He is the recipient of many honors and awards including, UofL’s Outstanding Student Professional Award, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity Upperclassman of the Year, and Most Outstanding Greek Life Volunteer.
Beyond his academic and volunteer activities, he enjoys traveling, basketball, workouts at the gym, and the kinds of year-round outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
Dr. Lisa Anderson – Endodontist
Dr. Lisa Anderson studied biology at Wake Forest University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. She served in the military as an active duty officer at Fort Lewis Washington. She went on to the University of Maryland Baltimore College School of Dental Surgery and earned her DDS in 1995. She continued her military career as the first female division dentist in the 82nd Airborne Division.
In 2000, Lisa completed her certificate in Endodontics at the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in 2001. Dr. Anderson has been in private practice since 2003. Dr. Anderson and her husband realized their dream and settled in South Bay in 2010 after her husband graduated from Georgetown Law School (he served 22 years as an active duty Army officer before receiving his law degree). Lisa and her husband enjoy hiking, traveling, photography, and watching sports. They are big SF Giants fans.
Dr. Anderson is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, he Santa Clara County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Julie – Office Manager
Julie has been working in the dental field since 2006 as a dental assistant and office manager.
Her favorite part of the job is building a relationship with the patients. Julie and her husband love to travel, see plays around Denver, and go to as many haunted houses as possible at Halloween.
Laura – Dental Hygienist
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, and has been in practice for over 12 years. She has had the privilege to work in a variety of clinical settings ranging from pediatric to periodontal practices, as well as train and educate new hygienists in the corporate setting. She recently accepted a position on the Community College of Denver advisory board for their Hygiene Program. Laura is earning her Masters of Science degree in Health Service Administration at Regis University and enjoys all aspects of her career, especially the opportunity to help others. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, reading and hiking, biking and snowshoeing.
Diana – EDDA
Diana has been in the dental field for 20 yrs. She was born in Chicago and moved to Colorado in 2014. Her favorite thing about dental is showing great comfort and compassion to her patient’s. In her free time she loves to golf and disc golf.
